CODE OF CONDUCT

PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT The Basketball Player agrees to:

I. at all times observe and comply with all the provisions of the basketball rules, BNL, BSA and FIBA Rules, Regulations and By-laws as issued and/or amended from time to time, which rules shall form part of this Agreement as fully as if herein written and binding upon the Basketball Player.

II. be bound by all the restraints conferred in this Agreement.

III. play for the club to the best of his ability in all Basketball matches in which he is selected to play and shall attend and contribute to all club training and activities to the best of his ability

IV. at all-time act in accordance with the direction of the coach, technical and medical staff of the club, complying with their instructions and generally contributing to the spirit of the team to the best of his ability both on and off the field of play.

V. conduct himself on or off the court according to the highest standards of honesty, citizenship and sportsmanship.

VI. refrain from gambling or wagering on the outcome of any BNL games with any other Basketball Player, referees and/coaches.

VII. refrain from the use of illicit drugs or drugs to enhance performance and further accepts that any such use shall be followed by sanction in terms of the BNL disciplinary procedures
