Opening Weekend: Champions on Display
The opening fixtures will see the returning kings and queens defending their thrones.
In the men’s division, the KwaZulu Marlins—fresh off a hard-earned first championship—begin their title defense against the Northern Cape Zebras on Saturday, followed by a Sunday showdown with the Limpopo Pride. With their depth, speed, and defensive tenacity, the Marlins have the blueprint for back-to-back glory—but the hunters are closing in.
Meanwhile, the Western Cape Mountaineers, queens of consistency and champions of heart, will commence their pursuit of a historic fourth consecutive women’s title.
